I was born the son of a beekeeper in Oregon more years ago than I care to mention. I have mostly lived in the west, in California, Oregon and Washington, but I also spent some time in Texas and 5 years in Budapest, Hungary. The path of this life of mine crossed a lot of mountains before I landed in Bozeman, Montana, but the mountain lands of Montana have now become my home and my career is helping others make it theirs as well!
Real estate is a wonderful career--meeting great people from all over the world and helping them fulfill life dreams, finding that perfect property where they can own a little bit of this Big Sky country I call home. In the process of learning the career of real estate, I have found there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, good listening skillsand a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
Inmy experience as areal estatebroker, however,I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially aboutputting my clients first, treating others as I would want to be treated, ethically and with integrity. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good communicator as well as a good listener, helping them find the answers they need to make the best decision possible, and always being there to respond quickly totheir needs.
This "client first" philosophyhas always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and knowledge of the real estate business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are now enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell some property, whether a home or ranch or just some vacation land in Montana, pleasecontact meor give me a call at 406-580-3372.
